Mazar, a mostly Indica strain made by Dutch Passion, got its name from Maza-I-Shariff, a breeding center for cannabis in Afghanistan. Originally they call it simply “Afghan Skunk” after its parents, a landrace Afghanistan Indica and the well-loved Skunk #1, its name was changed to Mazar in 1997.

The smoke of this strain gives out tastes like hash, fruit, citrus, and flowers. Its THC count can reach up to nearly 20% when the strain is properly grown.
